"What About the SECOND COMING?"
- Luke 17:26-27 -
- Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man. They were eating and drinking and marrying and being given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
- 1 Corinthians 15:52 -
- ... in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet...
- Matthew 25:31 -
- the Son of Man ... in His glory
- Revelation 1:7 -
- He is coming with clouds, and every eye [sees] Him ...
- Matthew 25:31 -
- "... all the holy angels with Him ..."
- 2 Thessalonians 1:7 -
- ... when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels ...
- 1 Thessalonians 4:14 -
- ... will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.
- Matthew 13:41 -
- The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers.
- 1 Thessalonians 4:14-16
- ... we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
- 1 Corinthians 15:51-54
- Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on immortality. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory."
- Revelation 1:7 -
- Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him ...
- 1 Thessalonians 4:16 -
- For the Lord himself with descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.

- Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.
- 2 Corinthians 5:10 -
- For we must all appear before the judgement seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.
- John 5:28-29 -
- Do not marvel at this, for an hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgement.
- 2 Peter 3:10 -
- But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed.
- 2 Peter 3:11 -
- Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness,
- 2 Timothy 4:8 -
- ... the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day ...
- Revelation 20:11
- Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it ...

- Matthew 25:32-33
- Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will place the sheep on his right, but the goats on the left.
- Matthew 25:34
- Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
- Matthew 25:41
- Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.
