This week we are having our fall gospel meeting. The theme of the meeting is "Jesus is the Answer!". Our special guest speaker is Robert Hatfield. Robert is a pulpit minister at Henderson church of Christ, Founder/Director of The Light Network, and author of “A Guide to Your First 90 Days as a Christian from The Light Network.

• A Qualified Savior - Hebrew 2:9-10
  • Qualification demanded suffering 
  • Are you "qualified" to receive his salvation? - Luke 9:23; Galatians 2:20
• A Unified People - Hebrews 2:11-13
  • To say that Jesus is our brother does not denigrate him; it elevates us!
  • He tells us about God - Hebrews 2:12
  • He is like us - Hebrews 2:13
  • He is with us - Hebrews 2:13
• A Certified Priest - Hebrews 2:14-18
  • He had to be made like us...
    • ... to die and destroy death - Hebrews 2:14-16
    • ... to be our sacrifice - Hebrews 2:17-18
