Neal discusses how having more than one person teaching and guiding others in the name of Jesus can be beneficial.  Looking at scripture starting in Acts 9, Barnabas and Paul are great examples of this principle. They both shared a common goal and devotion to the gospel. Because of these commonalities they are able to convert significant numbers.
