• Three Statements of Fact
  • Jesus saw the man (vs 1)
  • The man was blind (vs. 1,2,8,19-20)
  • The man was thoroughly healed (vs. 7,9-11)
• Three Questions
  • Who sinned? (vs 2)
  • Is this not the beggar? (vs. 8)
  • How were your eyes opened? (vs. 10)
• Three Observations
  • Born blind (vss 1-2) (anthropon ek genneethees tuflon)
  • Grace, Saliva, dirt, obedience (vs 6) (Sabbath lesson.)
  • No charge / no undue attention (vs 12)
• Three Points of Application
  • See people as people / souls to save (Matt. 9:36-38)
  • Physical maladies happen (John 9:3)
  • Jesus / only cure for spiritual blindness (Mark 4:12)
• "Go tell John the things you hear and see" - Matt. 11:4
  • Blind see / lame walk
  • Lepers are cleansed / deaf hear.
  • Dead are raised / poor hear the gospel.
  • Blessed is he who is not offended!
